Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase confirmation, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original condition that you received it including its original packaging.
 

Items not eligible for a free return label:

• Baskets and collectors
• Accessories
• Wearable Accessories
• Racquet Accessories

 

Non-refundable items:
• Gift cards
• String Reels
• Installed Strings
• Tennis Balls
• Items marked "Final Sale"

 

How it works

1. Notify us by emailing returns@tennisgiant.com

2. Provide your order number

3. Provide a reason for your return

4. If needed, provide a high-quality image of your item

5. We will respond with a return shipping label

6. Print & tape the new label over the old label and box or onto a new box

7. Schedule a pickup of the package or drop off at the nearest Canada Post

 

* Ensure all items are in their original packaging with all tags still attached


* Returned packages must be shipped in the branded box provided or a within a similar shipping container. Items such as shoes must not be returned using the shoe-box as shipping vessel. 

 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not offer any direct product exchanges. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Pick up in store (if applicable)
All online orders that are picked up in store can only be returned to the Tennis Giant warehouse location either in person or by using our prepaid return shipping label.
 
A piece of identification and proof of purchase must be provided at the time of the pick-up and online orders can only be claimed by the person appearing on the order confirmation.
 
Items from online orders cannot be left behind upon pick up and items cannot be exchanged or substituted.

* We do not guarantee the returned items will be refunded if the package is lost in transit or received in damaged condition or show clear signs of usage.
