Our return and refund policy lasts an entire year. If 1 year has gone by since your purchase confirmation, unfortunately we cannot accept a return or offer a refund.

 
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same original condition that you received it including its original packaging.

 
Canadian residents benefit from no-charge free return-shipping within the 1 year period.

How it works (Canada)

1. Notify us by emailing support@tennisgiant.com

2. Provide your order number

3. Provide a reason for your return

4. If needed, provide a high-quality image of your item

5. We will respond with a free return shipping label

6. Print & tape the new label over the old label and box or onto a new box

7. Schedule a pickup of the package or drop off at the nearest Canada Post

* Ensure all items are in their original packaging with all tags still attached


* Returned packages must be shipped in the branded box provided or a within a similar shipping container. Items such as shoes must not be returned using the shoe-box as shipping vessel. 

 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not offer any direct product exchanges. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
