Some oversized items such as cases of balls purchased in bulk, ball machines, and baskets may require an additional shipping charge. Please contact us if you have any doubts.

 

USA / International Customs and Fees

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any additional customs, handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we cannot provide an estimate of these charges. If needed, we recommend contacting your local post/customs office to receive more information.

 

Our Shipping Process

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. 

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, TennisGiant.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email along with a tracking number.

 

Track Your Order

A tracking number is emailed immediately following the fulfillment of your order. It may take up to 48 hours before receiving a tracking number once your purchase has been confirmed. For any updates regarding shipments, please email us your 5-digit order number at orders@tennisgiant.com and we will be happy to assist in the tracking of your package.

 

Shipping Restrictions

As a Canadian retailer, we are restricted from shipping certain brands cross-border to the US and overseas.

Restricted Brands:

• Nike
• Asics
• Lacoste
• Babolat
• Head
• Wilson

 

Any orders shipped outside of Canada may be cancelled and refunded due to these manufacturers restrictions. If your cart is blocked at checkout, be sure to remove any products from the brands above and refresh your checkout page.

 

Tennis Giant reserves the right to prohibit delivery to any address that has a history of fraudulent orders, customs and delivery issues, or abuse of our return policy. Tennis Giant will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Abandoned packages are not eligible for retrieval.
