* Canadian residents benefit from free returns within 30 days of purchase. A prepaid return label is provided with all purchases. If the label is lost, the return shipment cost must be covered at the customer's expense.

* These shipping rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of Canada and the US. Some oversized items such as cases of balls purchased in bulk, ball machines, and baskets may require an additional shipping charge. Please contact us if you have any doubts.

* All returned items must be in original mint condition and with its original labelling and in its original packaging. We DO NOT guarantee the returned items will be refunded if the package is lost in transit or received in damaged condition. Returning damaged goods is subject to additional shipping fees.

Our Shipping Process

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. 

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Track Your Order

A tracking number is emailed immediately following the fulfillment of your order. It may take up to 72 hours before receiving a tracking number once your purchase has been confirmed.
