The net riser can be installed quickly and easily and can be moved/adjusted continuously between heights of 1.20 m and 2 m. It is ideal for technique training. For example, it could be used to train the ball to fly higher over the net, thus avoiding terrible net errors in the future.
As an alternative to the net, you can use the long tensioning strap as a guide. The students can then play under or over it, for example.
