Shipping Policy
Free shipping does not apply to oversized, heavy items with a dimensional weight over 5 kg (11 lbs). Additionally, some promotional items may be marked with a "Shipping Fees Apply" tag, indicating that shipping charges will be applied regardless of the order total.

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any additional customs duties, handling fees, and/or taxes. We cannot estimate these charges because each country is different, and these fees often change. If needed, we recommend contacting your local post/customs office to receive more information.
Our Shipping Process
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We ship only during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, TennisGiant.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and a tracking number.
Track Your Order
A tracking number is emailed immediately after your order is fulfilled. It may take up to 48 hours to receive a tracking number after your purchase is confirmed. For any shipment updates, please email us your order number at support@tennisgiant.com, and we will be happy to assist with tracking your package.
Shipping Restrictions
As a Canadian retailer, we are restricted from shipping certain brands cross-border to the US and overseas.
Restricted Brands:
Nike, Asics, Lacoste, Babolat, Wilson, Yonex
Due to these manufacturers' restrictions, orders shipped outside of Canada may be cancelled and refunded. If your cart is blocked at checkout, remove any products from the brands above and refresh your page.
Tennis Giant reserves the right to prohibit delivery to any address that has a history of fraudulent orders, customs and delivery issues, or abuse of our return policy. Tennis Giant will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation, and abandoned packages are not eligible for retrieval.
