Tennis Giant is proudly introducing the Cardio Tennis Program for adults.
The program is a group fitness activity using tennis as the vehicle to provide the aerobic and anaerobic workout. It includes a proper progressive sport specific warm-up, cardio games and cool-down. Cardio Tennis also includes the use of Cardio balls, the agility ladder and group heart rate training.
